These Terms govern the rights and obligations between you and the service provider identified above (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) regarding the AcornSet application and related features. The AcornSet Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed; please read it together with these Terms.
Please read carefully the provisions on workout safety, automatic renewal, one-time purchases, data retention, and liability. We will provide these Terms and highlight important provisions through appropriate means. These Terms do not replace any separate consent for personal-information processing that is legally required.
AcornSet provides exercise demonstrations, workout-set records, workout plans, history review, workout-summary images, and workout statistics to help you organize workout information. The specific features available, free scope, and paid entitlements are determined by the content clearly displayed in the current version and on the purchase page.
The current version does not require an AcornSet account. Purchases and restoration of purchases require an Apple account and the corresponding services. Your device, operating-system version, and network conditions may affect purchases or the availability of other features. Basic workout records are primarily created and stored locally.
If you are a minor, use the App under the guidance of a guardian and obtain the appropriate authorization before making a paid purchase. The current service is not specifically directed at children under fourteen.
AcornSet is a workout-recording and information-display tool. It does not provide disease diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation prescriptions, or medical judgments about your individual physical condition. Exercise demonstrations, default plans, workout trends, and workout-volume statistics are for reference only and are not guaranteed to suit your physical condition or workout goals.
Before working out, choose exercises and loads according to your own circumstances, follow equipment instructions, and consult a doctor or appropriately qualified coach when necessary. If you experience obvious discomfort during a workout, stop and seek appropriate help.
Statistics are generated from the data you enter and the App’s calculation rules. Entry errors or missing data may affect the results. Metrics such as workout volume and muscle-group distribution do not directly represent medical health status or actual workout effectiveness. Example data displayed in the App does not represent your actual performance.
We will reasonably maintain the content and calculation features, but do not promise any particular weight-loss, muscle-gain, fitness, or other workout result. These statements do not exempt us from product or service liabilities that we must bear under applicable law.
Provided that you comply with these Terms and applicable platform rules, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use AcornSet for your personal workout-recording purposes. Rights in the application, interface, icons, animations, exercise materials, and other content belong to us or the relevant rights holders.
The original rights in workout records, plans, and notes that you enter yourself remain with you or the relevant rights holder. We process this content only to the extent necessary to provide the features you choose. Your use of the App does not authorize us to use it for advertising, model training, or external sale.
Do not illegally copy or distribute App materials, infringe the rights of others, compromise App security, or obtain paid entitlements through methods such as falsifying transactions. Conduct expressly permitted by law is not unreasonably restricted by this section.
The current App is designed to include monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and a one-time purchase option. Whether a particular option is actually available for purchase depends on product availability in the App Store for your region. Prices, currencies, periods, promotions, and specific entitlements are governed by the purchase page and Apple’s final confirmation page; example or placeholder prices do not constitute the transaction price.
Payment is processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not directly collect your bank-card information. When a transaction is pending, verification fails, or the transaction is canceled, the corresponding paid features may not yet be unlocked.
Monthly and annual plans are automatically renewing subscriptions and will renew for the applicable period unless you cancel them. Renewal charges are made under Apple’s rules and may occur within twenty-four hours before the current period ends. Please manage your subscription promptly before it expires.
