Welcome to this quote-based application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). Before using the App, please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) carefully and fully understand its contents. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

1. Parties to the Agreement

1. This Agreement is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and the developer/operator of the App (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).
2. This Agreement applies to all actions taken by the User when using the App on any device.

2. Services Provided

1. The App provides features including quote browsing, saving, editing, theme creation, visual presentation, and related learning or inspiration tools.
2. Users may create, edit, or import content within the App, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and theme styles (collectively referred to as “User-Generated Content”).
3. The App is intended primarily for personal learning, reflection, aesthetic appreciation, and self-improvement purposes.

3. User-Generated Content

1. Content created or imported by the User within the App is stored locally on the User’s device by default and is not actively uploaded to our servers.
2. The User retains lawful rights to their User-Generated Content and shall ensure that such content does not infringe upon the lawful rights or interests of any third party.
3. Any legal liability arising from the use or import of third-party content (including but not limited to images, videos, or text) shall be borne solely by the User.

4. Rules of Use

When using the App, the User shall comply with the following rules:
